The second & third bedrooms have a king. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have twin bed & full bed bunk bed. The pool offers an ideal sitting area for family meals. The outside area has plenty of land to kick the ball, play tag, or just soak in the sun on the hammock. You will love the place. It is definitely a keeper for your next vacation. Don't wait any longer: book it before it is gone. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool and spa heating** *Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
