You will be really close to all Disney Parks and all other major Orlando attractions (Universal Studios, Seaworld, Legoland...) When at the property: You will enjoy the beautiful views from the pool deck (no rear neighbors - South facing). You will love how spacious the property feels and all the details that were just added by the owners to enhance your stay. This house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. 1 king size bedroom downstairs with ensuite bathroom (and a beautiful view and access to the pool). Upstairs you have 4 more bedrooms: A second primary bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with private bathroom. Bedroom 4 has two sets of bunk beds. Bedroom 5 has two twin beds. Those two bedroom share a hallway full bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishware, pots and pans, microwave, fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker (and also a Keurig one), dishwasher... There is also a washer and dryer at the property. The patio area even has a dining table and... an outdoor TV for you to watch the game while enjoying the pool and the Florida sunshine. And because luxury is about details: there is a guests toilet (half bath) on the pool deck and downstairs near the living room so that you do not need to run to your room when enjoying the outdoors or your dinner. Do not wait: This property is very popular and is your guarantee that you will have a wonderful vacation close to all parks (Disney is 10-18 min drive only, Universal Studios: 22-28 min). Important to know: Only the registered guests are allowed to enter the property (no more than 12). Only 3 cars can park at the property.
