It has all you can expect from a luxury vacation rental: No rear neighbors, private pool and spa (both heatable *extra charge) with lots of privacy (tropical plants on the side of the pool area give this property a very private and oasis-feel experience), huge space inside the property, open floor plan, high-end furniture with wall paintings, chef kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, brand new comfortable mattresses... It can sleep up to 11 guests (one bedroom has now bunk beds with: full mattress, and twin mattress. (Pictures will be updated in December 2017 - All other furniture items are as showcased on the pictures). You won't need to fight for a sun lounger or a seat on the extended pool deck, the property has plenty of them... Your suntan is guaranteed (sun all year round on the pool deck and shade in the summer thanks to the covered lanai). Your reservation also gives you access to the clubhouse: gym, heated pool and spa (all year round), beach volley, play ground for kids, TV and computer room...). If you want to make sure you have a great time in the Orlando area, book this property! You will love this gated community and the villa. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
