Downstairs you will have a queen size bed with a private bathroom. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a private bathroom. You will still be able to keep an eye on the kids while having a drink on your home pool deck. Last but not least, this gorgeous house is located near many restaurants and a 24/7 open Walmart.*Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
Serenity is a wonderful new community located close to all stores (Walmart is 5 min drive - 24/7 open) and all restaurants. It offers a brand new clubhouse with: community pool, community spa, game room, kids playground, gym. All homes have their own private plunge pool.
