Come and stay in our lovely and stylish space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Our house is only 14-20 min drive from Disney. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city via this clean, sunny town home with impressive views. Head out and wander through the nearby shopping centers. This beautiful property is located at the gated community of Windsor Island Resort. It offers bustling world class resort amenities that the entire family would enjoy. This Spacious Home has everything to make you feel at home – WiFi, Netflix, washer and dryer, 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and tableware. No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
