Welcome to your perfect Disney Vacation Home. The dining area opens up onto the covered patio with an overhead fan to stay cool while sitting and enjoying views of the sparkling pool and spa. You will be pleased with the large beautifully landscaped private backyard area. The backyard is surrounded by trees and on the left of the villa is a wildlife haven with lush greenery and a small pond. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with a generously sized bathroom, his and her sinks plus a garden tub, and a separate glass tiled shower. Walk out sliding door leads to your private pool/spa area. The main level has an additional 1/2 bath plus a fully loaded games room. The additional comfortable and accommodating 4 bedrooms, upstairs with two full-sized bathrooms to share, each having a special touch to please the kids and the Adults too. The villa has those little details that make you feel you are really away from it all. The kids, mom and dad and the grandparents will love it. No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balconies, patio, or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
