Welcome to the Relaxing Studio Apartment located in the beach town of Fajardo. You will be in walking distance to some of the most incredible restaurants and bars that Puerto Rico has to offer.  Enjoy pristine beaches, snorkeling, boat tours, kayak tours, fishing, and you can even visit a lush rain forest during your visit. For larger parties, we have 3 studios that can accommodate up to 12 people. Please contact the host for availability and more information.   The space: This remarkable vacation rental features 1 bedroom with 1 full bath that will sleep 4 people comfortably with 2 queen beds. Perfect for a group of friends or family looking to experience all of the wonders that Puerto Rico has to offer. You will also have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials like pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils where you can plan on having home cooked meals whenever you want! Other amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. Relax after a fun day in the sun in a shared Jacuzzi right outside your back door. You will also have access to a shared grill for you to enjoy.  Other Things to Note: No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
