Our recently renovated home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and tropical charm, with brand new amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. Enjoy our newly installed pool, where you can take a refreshing dip and soak up the sun on the surrounding loungers. For a more breathtaking view, head up to our rooftop deck, which offers panoramic vistas of the surrounding coastline and mountains. The property has air-conditioning and offers 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice-maker and has a security system in place to guarantee you full comfort. (The area is perfectly safe though). Other Things to Note : No Party Policy : It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
