The Living room will take you out to the back patio area which has a remarkable view of Reunion’s premier golf course. The house boasts two master bedrooms along with 4 more large bedrooms. Located across the courtyard there is a games room featuring a pool table in the separate sleeping quarters. The home is in a prime location as it is just minutes from all of the great attractions Florida has to offer, such as Walt Disney which is only 20 minutes away. For the days when you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and other attractions, Reunion resort offers 6 onsite restaurants, 4 community pools to enjoy. Other things to note: Water park not included with this rental. No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of will be charged for deep cleaning. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
