This gorgeous pool home is located in one of the closest areas from Disneyworld in a quiet and desirable community: Indian Creek. And if you feel like staying at home and having a rest, you will enjoy the pool and its amazing view on the lake and conservation area, but also the game room. Each room has a TV for lazy nights after a buzzy day in Orlando. Your choice is easy: book this villa. You won't regret it. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

We recently rented this home for a week at Disney. It was perfect! Spacious and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Two suggestions: Please repair the sofa. The metal piece that holds the sectional together was broken upon arrival. The sofa slid around and came apart every time we tried to sit on it. Also, upon stripping the linens as request for checkout, we discovered that the pillows and some of the linens were soiled and yellowed. It is definitely time for new pillows and to replace the yellowed linens. This does not affect my rating of 5 stars, as we thoroughly enjoyed the home. As far as cleanliness goes, the home was absolutely immaculate and well clean when we arrived. A huge kudos to the cleaning company!
