Or are you coming to Orlando to visit friends or family members? Or will you be here for a marathon or a sports event? Or are you just looking at staying in a nice vacation rental and visit the theme parks? This property is the one for you. It’s located 25 minutes from Disney World. About 25-30 minutes from Legoland. The nearest Walmart is 2 min drive only from the property. And if you like fishing, there is a dock inside the community where you can fish and enjoy wonderful water views. This home can accommodate up to 8 guests. It’s located in the gated community of Calabay Parc @ Tower Lakes. You will enjoy the private pool, the covered lanai. The well-equipped game room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook, a dining table, a laundry (washer and dryer). And if you have little ones, we have child safety alarms on the doors going to the pool deck. Bedroom configuation: Master (full bed) with ensuite. Second master (full bed) with ensuite (accessible shower). Two rooms with twin beds share the third bathroom. Don’t waste any more time: book your next vacation, you will not regret it. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating** ***Your safety and our team's safety are our top priority. Together with our cleaning company, we have amended our cleaning processes and adopted extra cleaning protocols based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). All our homes are also fully sanitized (fogged) once a month against Covid-19 and other potential viruses.*** Per legal requirement (Governor Desantis Executive Order) you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, the owners of the property or the property managers (Horizon) will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. We ask you to not have any visitor during this phase 1 of Reopening Florida. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.

Calabay Parc Tower Lakes is located in Haines City, Florida. It is a very well-kept gated subdivision close to all major attractions in Orlando ( Disney World, Legoland, Bok Tower...). Stores and restaurants are close by (2 min drive). It has a beautiful dock to fish on one of the lakes.
