It is very contemporary. It has its own private (plunge) pool. It can be heated (pool heating is not included in the price). The kitchen is fully equipped with all what you need (pots, pans, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher...). Your reservation gives you free access to the clubhouse (gym, pool, spa, game room). You will love the surroundings. The subdivision is an eco-friendly place (solar powered street lighting...). And it is so close to the stores (5 min drive) and to Disney (18 min drive). The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
