The property is located in the luxurious gated subdivision of Veranda Palms.You can park you cars in the driveway & on street. The garage is not accessible for any use. You will love the open kitchen (fully equipped with pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge), the open floor plan (2 sitting areas, two floors), the game room upstairs, the covered lanai with a gorgeous view on the pool and on the pond. There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths (two kids bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs). There are two master bedrooms with king size beds (one is located on the 1st floor making it great for extended families). It is only a short distance from Hwy 192 where there is an abundance of shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. *** Pool and spa heating is NOT included in the rental. Veranda Palms is a newer premium vacation resort located a few minutes from Disneyworld and only 1 min drive from all major stores and attractions on the famous 192. The subdivision is safe (gated) and very well-maintained. It offers a high-end clubhouse with water park (pool, spa, bar, gym...).
