You will love the open kitchen (fully equipped with pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge), the open floor plan (2 sitting areas, two floors), the game room upstairs, the covered lanai with a gorgeous view on the pool and on the pond. There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths (two kids bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs). There are two master bedrooms with king size beds (one is located on the 1st floor making it great for extended families). It is only a short distance from Hwy 192 where there is an abundance of shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
