Welcome to this amazing Floridian property. It has been fully furnished and upgraded earlier this year. You will love the open floor plan and the private view on the conservation at the back of the pool deck. And last but not least, the pool area is south-facing, offering you some sunshine all year round. It can accommodate up to 10 guests (5 bedrooms). It is located in the upscale and newer gate golf community of Providence. You will love the drive to and from the house. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool & Spa heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property and enter the subdivision (max 3 cars are allowed inside the subdivision for each rental and each driver/car needs to be registered at the gate prior to arrival). *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

The airport is about 35 min drive.
