All rooms have TV's. Internet is included. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a combo washer-dryer in the unit. You will love the outside area. The covered lanai is a great spot for a drink or a lazy time with family and friends (wonderful view on the conservation at the back). It is screened in so that you are not bothered by bugs. And don't forget: you will be just a short walk to the bus line and a 5 minute drive to big box retailers and restaurants. Amenities include a resort style pool and spa, gym, picnic area, and tennis court. Don't wait, it will not be available for long.***Your safety and our team's safety are our top priority. Together with our cleaning company, we have amended our cleaning processes and adopted extra cleaning protocols based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). **** The HOA is only allowing 1 car to be parked inside the subdivision at all times. The parking space is located in front of the condo. In case of towing, it will be at the guests' expense.
