This BEAUTIFUL/ MODERN Townhome with a private splash pool is located next to the clubhouse and overlooking the clubhouse pool and spa. It is the ideal location to enjoy both your private pool and the community pool. No need for you to pay for pool heating if you don't want to. You basically have a second pool next to your house. You're just minutes away to the THEME PARKS (17-30 minutes depending on traffic), restaurants (5 min), shopping centers and more! The property can sleep up to 6 guests. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom with ensuite (shower tub). It is the perfect bedroom for your elders. No stairs to climb. There is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, utensils, pots and pans, fridge...). Spend some time cooking with your family members and friends while watching your kids play in the pool and chatting with the rest of your party when they watch a game on the big smart tv located in the lounge. Upstairs there is a huge primary bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (two vanities and a shower tub). The last bedroom offer two twin beds and a private bathroom (bathtub). There is also a washer and dryer in the property. All bedrooms have smart TV's. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool. Promotion (free pool heat) valid for reservations made between August 10th and September 27th 2023 for stays in August 2023. The free heating offer does not include Spa heating ($20 additional charge per day for spa heating).If your reservation overlaps with the month of October, free pool heating will be covered only up to September 30th 2023. This promotion (Free pool heating) cannot be combined with other promotions.
This community is located in the middle of a conservation area close to Disney. A short drive and you will find all the major chains of restaurants, stores, and attractions. Disney is about 17-20 min drive depending on traffic.
