Watch the sunrise on the back patio as you blissfully relax on our patio hammock. Other Things to Note: No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

Laurel Estates is a quaint and safe subdivision located close to the fancy area of Champions Gate, close to all major grocery stores at Champions Gates and close to the theme parks (Disney is only a 19-20 min drive).
