Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in the bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part pf the house, a smoking fine of $300 will be charged for deep cleaning and/or fire detector tampering. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
