Other amenities include a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and extra linens and towels. Your reservation will give you access to the clubhouse amenities (gym, heated pool). You will love: the communty (gated and surrounded by amazing conservation areas), the short drive to Disney and all major attractions, the grocery stores close by... and the price! This condo is one of the nicest, but it is very affordable. Make your dreams come true and book it before it is gone. Magical memories guaranteed. !!!No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. !!! No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of $250 will be charged for deep cleaning and/or fire detector tampering.
