The Space This spacious & exquisite home is fully furnished and modernly decorated so you can kick back and relax in style. With 4 bedrooms, it can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. The open living room has direct access to the screened in patio and the private pool that is the perfect place to unwind and cool off after fun filled day at the parks. When the sun sets, have a drink and enjoy the string lights on the back patio that change lights to set the mood. The kitchen boasts solid stone counters matched with sophisticated appliances and a broad breakfast bar perfect for meal preparations for you and your entire family. Enjoy family meals at our dining room table that seats 6 (and trust us when we say these are the most comfortable chairs to sit at). On the main floor, you will also find the first bedroom and a bathroom, whilst the master bedroom, third, and fourth bedrooms are situated on the second floor. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom with a shower-tub combination as well as a dual sink, and a dedicated hallway from bedrooms 3 and 4 lead to a shared bathroom. The Micky and Minnie themed rooms are upstairs in the same hallway around the corner from the master. So, the parents can be close by while enjoying a little privacy of their own. Perfectly located in an outstanding area for whatever your vacation needs are, enjoy the free amenities suited for every individual: shopping, golf (extra), water adventures, and sports just to name a few: *Pool Heat is only available to guests who request and pay the nightly pool heat fee prior to their arrival. Please reach out to your host upon booking to request pool heat for your stay. Other things to note: No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of $300 will be charged for deep cleaning and/or fire detector tampering. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
