Fully equipped kitchen with modern furnishings. Spacious living room with a brand-new sofa bed and a large flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for relaxation. Other amenities such as WIFI, towels, iron and iron board, washer and dryer for your added convenience. This wonderful apartment offers you a vacation of a lifetime with tremendous value for your money. Other Things to Note: No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respected the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balconies, patio, or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance

Stay active and fit by exploring the many acres of lush landscape and scenic nature trails. With three large lakes and ponds, there is always sometime to look at and enjoy on a morning jog or an evening stroll. Legacy Dunes invites you to a game of tennis, volleyball or shoot some hoops on the basketball court. Being so close to so many professional golf courses, we can help you prepare for your game with a golf chipping cage. If staying fit indoors is your thing, we have that too! An air conditioned fitness center centrally located at the Clubhouse, provides several pieces of equipment and two flat screen tv’s to enjoy during your workout. There are plenty of activities to do without even leaving our resort.
