With two queen bedrooms, three twin bedrooms, two house bathrooms, and a second king master bedroom with in-suite upstairs, there is enough room for any family. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool. **** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay. ***** Parking & Resort Information – Emerald Island Resort: Free parking is available for all guests. Upon arrival, the resort will charge each group of guests a one-time resort fee of $22. This is for the entire stay and for the entire group of guests registered with our company. ****** The outdoor grill is currently out of order.
Emerald Island Resort is one of the premium gated communities located close to all major Orlando attractions. The resort is close to Disney World (10 min drive) and other attractions. It's surrounded by a conservation area and includes 11 wooded acres. The resort is open and manned-guarded 24 hours a day. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot (clubhouse).
