Situated in the upmarket peaceful community of "Countryside" at Tuscan Ridge, this light and airy single-story home has two living rooms, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, and a beautiful formal dining room. The home boasts a king-size master suite with patio doors opening out onto the large L-shaped pool deck, then there is a queen bedroom to the rear of the home with an adjoining cabana bathroom with a walk-in shower; two twin bedrooms in the middle of the house with another bathroom between the two complete the family-friendly layout of this home. There are TVs in all the bedrooms. With an upgraded cable TV package and high-speed WIFI internet, also a pool table and table tennis in the garage, this home has all there is to offer in the way of indoor entertainment, should you tire of cooling off in the large screened - pool Other things to note No local Charges/Resort Fee Apply No TV in the living room. No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balconies, patio, or any part of the house, a smoking fine of will be charged for deep cleaning. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
