The apartment has private alley access and is surrounded by lots of natural greenery, ensuring your space feels secluded and quiet. A comfortable modern living area with a sectional couch that doubles as a pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials like pots, pans where you can plan on having home cooked meals every night! Not to mention, home has a large outdoor patio, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or read a book under the shady Pecan tree. And because the space is elevated, you'll have constant natural light flowing through this treehouse retreat. Consider this your home away from home. Other things to note: No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of $300 will be charged for deep cleaning and/or fire detector tampering. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
