No Party Policy: We strictly prohibit parties or raves on the premises. Given the residential nature of the area, noise levels are to be kept at a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. We kindly request that you honor the sanctity of the house and its surroundings during your stay. No Smoking Policy: Please note that any form of smoking may trigger the house's smoke alarm, and tampering with our fire detectors will result in a fine. In the event that smoking or vaping is detected in bedrooms, on the balcony, patio, or any area of the house, a $300 smoking fine will be imposed to cover deep cleaning and/or repair of fire detector tampering. No Pet Policy: While we adore animals, we enforce a strict "NO PET POLICY" to preserve the pristine condition of the residence. Non-compliance may result in additional fees.
