Welcome to our beautiful and fully renovated home located in the quaint subdivision of Loma Vista, a few steps away from the restaurants & shops of Champions Gate, and the famous Champions Gate Golf Course. This location is ideal as it offers quick and easy access to the Disney attractions , numerous golf courses, parks (Disney is 16-22 min drive only), shopping & entertainment, as well as major road ways like US 27, I4 & 429. You will LOVE the amazing floorplan: two seating areas, a huge Miami-meets-Europe style kitchen with brand new appliances. The master (queen with ensuite) is very comfy, and the two other bedrooms are very stylish and share a bathroom. No need to worry about steps: This house is on one level only. Other things to note No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of $300 will be charged for deep cleaning and/or fire detector tampering. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance. Pool heating is NOT availabe at this property.
Loma Vista is a quaint subdivision located in the Champions Gate area. Publix (grocery store) is two min drive only. Restaurants are a 2-3 min drive. Golf courses of Champions Gate are next door and the world famous Reunion Golf course is located only 5 min drive from Loma Vista. The community also offers a tennis course and a community pool (located next to our house). Disneyworld is only a short drive (16-22 min depending on traffic)
