The community is just a few miles drive away from the famous attractions (Disney: 15 min - Golf courses: 5 minutes). And you can even walk to your grocery store (Publix) or your favorite diner or bar... as there is a plaza with lots of local businesses (Irish Pub, Fish n Chps, Italian and Chinese restaurants...).
