Universal Studios are 25-35 min drive. This is such a well-located property. When you enter the gated resort of Encantada, you will notice how lush and well-kept it is. Our homes will be your private oasis during your vacation. It has 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms (guests toilet is downstairs). You will love the open concept and the private pool close (with an amazing view on the lake) to the clubhouse. Each room is located upstairs. The master (king bed) has a private ensuite with a shower. The two other bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom (bathtub). You will love the spacious living area bathed in natural light, creating an inviting ambiance for relaxation and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans...) features sleek granite countertops, modern appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave), and ample storage, making meal preparation a breeze. Gather around the dining table to savor delicious home-cooked meals or enjoy casual conversations in the cozy living room. Finally, our house is also equipped with a washer and dryer and wth an iron and ironing board. Do not hesitate. This property just came on the market and has been recently upgraded. It won't last long. *** Not included in our price: Pool heating. Contact us for more details. Pool heating is recommended between October and April. You can still use the pool even if you DO NOT add Pool Heating to your reservation. The community resort pool is heated. Complimentary access to the clubhouse and its amenities when you book our property.
