You will also love the backyard that has no rear neighbors and plenty of space for the family to spread out. The Space: This contemporary home has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Features five bedrooms and three bathrooms (with a bedroom downstairs). Large enough to accommodate 10 guests, spread out comfortably throughout an impressive 2,000+ square feet of living space. You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the home's beautiful interior living area, boasting all-new upscale furniture and appliances. Our home is sure to appease all your entertainment needs during your vacation. A fully equipped kitchen that is big enough for everyone to gather for meals with a formal dining area. You will love the two lounges downstairs and the additional TV room upstairs. In terms of bed layout: Downstairs: 1 queen bedroom with bathroom (bedroom #1). Upstairs: Primary suite (room #2) with king size bed and ensuite bathroom (Huge bedroom). 1 bedroom (room #3) with a full size bed shares a bathroom with bedroom #4 which has a queen size bed. Bedroom #5 has a queen size bed too. Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the clubhouse amenities (communal pool and kids playground). Do NOT wait too long or it could be gone before you even know it. Other Things to Note: No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.
Laurel Estates is located about 1 min drive from Champions Gate. Walt Disney World is just a short 20-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket (Publix) is only 1 min drive. There are lots of food and dining options around the house. (Starbucks, restaurants are about 2-3 min drive only).
